2010 Design Policy:
Free :
· Consult on site with one of our trained designers
§ Rough sketch –on site and estimate
§ Within 40 miles of Wolfrath’s (gas surcharge will apply for additional distance)
· Irrigation system estimate
· Patio and/or retaining wall estimate
· Lawn estimate
· Low voltage lighting estimate
$250 Design Fee:
You will receive:
· Full design drawn to scale
· Plants and materials list with cost estimate
· 2nd consultation with designer
· $200 gift certificate to Wolfrath’s to be used on plants and/or materials
$500 Design Fee:
If you have an exceptionally large job which exceeds an estimate of $50,000 you will be charged the $500 fee. A $450 credit will be issued for use at Wolfrath’s.
